My marketing skills can be traced back to my university days at OU (University of Oklahoma) and UCLA where I studied psychology, marketing, and business. I was always curious as to why people do what they do and buy what they buy. It’s been a life-long passion and for the last 3 decades, I’ve applied it to my successful real estate business.

I started my first business when I was 25 years young and haven’t looked back. As a lifetime entrepreneur, I’ve owned several successful businesses including a record company, published a travel magazine, owned a chain of health clubs, a personal fitness business that catered to Hollywood celebrities, produced and hosted a popular podcast called Entrepreneur Marketing Mania, and then my real estate business beginning in 1991. To say the least, I’ve learned a lot about marketing over these 35-plus years.

This extensive marketing knowledge inspired my upcoming book, “THE REAL ESTATE MARKETING WHISPERER“ – Savvy and Successful Marketing Methods for Home Sellers, Real Estate Agents & Investors, due to be released in late summer 2025.
